新京报贝壳财经讯 5月30日，康龙化成公告，全资子公司康龙英国拟以自有资金认缴出资3000万美元参与投资BLC Healthcare USD Fund I L.P.。该基金目标募集金额约1亿美元，截至公告披露日，康龙英国为最大出资方，认缴出资比例为85.71%。
