人民财讯5月30日电，哈药股份(600664)5月30日晚间公告，公司全资子公司哈药生物拟与博志研新签订《技术转让（委托）合同》，购买博志研新达普司他片临床批件，并就其后续开发、上市等事项开展合作。合同预计总额为4480万元，资金来源为哈药生物自有资金。
