新京报贝壳财经讯 5月30日，沃格光电公告，拟向特定对象发行A股股票募集资金不超过15亿元，发行股票数量不超过6704.32万股(含本数)。募集资金扣除发行费用后的净额拟用于玻璃基Mini LED显示背光模组项目(拟投入10.6亿元)和补充流动资金及偿还银行贷款(拟投入4.4亿元)。
