北京时间5月29日，埃弗顿官方公布了本赛季赛季最佳奖项的获得者，其中伊德里萨-盖伊包揽了球员票选赛季最佳球员与球迷票选赛季最佳球员。
伊德里萨-盖伊，现年35岁，德转身价200万欧元，本赛季盖伊代表埃弗顿在各项赛事中出场40次，其中37次为首发出场，贡献3次助攻，得到9张黄牌。
据悉，伊德里萨-盖伊与埃弗顿的合同至今年6月底，据此前报道称，埃弗顿将与盖伊续约。
