5月27日，分局巡特警大队根据研判线索抓获1名外地逃犯。
经查，在逃人员余某利用本人银行卡帮助诈骗分子收取转移涉诈资金20余万元，涉嫌帮助网络信息犯罪活动罪，被黑龙江省牡丹江市公安局上网追逃。目前，移交工作正在进行中。
