人民财讯5月29日电，品高股份(688227)5月29日晚间公告，公司全资子公司广州微高近日与深圳元脉云算科技有限公司（简称“深圳元脉”）签订了服务合同。根据合同约定，广州微高向深圳元脉提供算力资源服务（含算力设备租用、算力软件平台使用以及五年技术支持），总金额为3.97亿元（含税）。
