邵阳水文中心消息，5月27日8时至28日12时，邵阳市累计面平均降雨量为77.5毫米，最大为绥宁县100.7毫米。全市290个水文雨量监测站降雨超过50毫米，39个水文雨量监测站降雨超过100毫米，点最大降雨为洞口县罗溪瑶族乡龙木坪站156.0毫米。受此影响，我市境内部分江河出现0.5-3.0米左右水位涨幅，为今年以来邵阳范围内最大雨洪过程。
