金融界5月28日消息，阳谷华泰于 2024 年拟使用自有资金回购股份用于注销并减少注册资本，期间因权益分派等调整过回购价格。2025 年 1 月又变更回购方案，调整回购价格上限及资金来源。近日，公司取得中国工商银行山东省分行出具的股票回购贷款承诺函，贷款额度不超 9000 万元，期限不超三年，专项用于股票回购，为公司回购股份提供融资支持，具体回购资金以实际为准 。
