5月28日，泸州老窖（000568）发布公告，董事钱旭因个人原因申请辞去公司第十一届董事会董事及审计委员会委员职务。钱旭的辞职自辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。截至公告日，钱旭未持有公司股份。
2025年一季度，泸州老窖实现收入93.52亿元，归母净利润45.93亿元。
