5月27日，据遵义金融监管分局最新行政处罚信息公开表显示，正安县农村信用合作联社因存在高管未经任职资格核准即实际履职的违规行为，被处以30万元罚款。
与此同时，监管部门对两名直接责任人作出警告处分：
梁勋（时任正安县农村信用合作联社主任）
冯首珍（时任正安县农村信用合作联社副主任）
上述人员均因未经任职资格核准擅自履职而受到处罚。
