成都27岁女子在家门口被人持刀伤害致死案，5月27日在成都市中级人民法院开庭审理。
据死者家属提供的起诉书显示，检方认为，虽然嫌疑人梁某某被认定为精神异常，但其“无故滋扰他人并持刀故意剥夺他人生命，应当以故意杀人罪追究其刑事责任”。
庭审当天，死者母亲悲痛质问：“凭什么？我的女儿那么优秀，凭什么？”，并表示希望法院重判凶手。
