2025年5月26日，中大力德(002896.SZ)公告称，董事会于近日收到公司董事、副总经理冯文海递交的辞呈，冯文海因个人原因，申请辞去公司第三届董事会董事、副总经理职务，辞职后冯文海不在公司担任其他任何职务。
截至本公告日，冯文海间接持有公司股份46,140股，持股比例0.03%。
