5月23日，新光药业（300519）发布公告，持股5%以上股东嵊州市和丰投资股份有限公司计划减持不超过480万股，占公司总股本的3%。其中，计划通过集中竞价方式减持不超过160万股，占公司总股本的1%；通过大宗交易方式减持不超过320万股，占公司总股本的2%。
2025年一季度，新光药业实现收入9325万元，归母净利润2454万元。
