中国宏桥（01378）发布公告，于2025年5月22日，公司及附属公司担保人与初步买方订立购买协议，据此，公司已同意发行而初步买方已同意分别向公司购买公司本金总额2.7亿美元于2028年到期的6.925厘优先票据。
公司拟将是次发售的所得款项净额用作一般公司用途。
