记者从业内权威人士处独家获悉，加拿大电动汽车公司EV Electra计划出资10亿美元参与华人运通（高合汽车）重组，并谋求控股。“对方同时承诺，未来三年不低于十万辆或不低于三十亿美元的海外采购订单。”该人士透露。
