总台记者当地时间5月22日获悉，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫称，俄方已经收到乌克兰提交的战俘交换名单。
当天稍早前，乌克兰战俘待遇协调总部副主任安德烈·尤索夫透露，乌克兰已向俄罗斯移交了一份"千人对千人"的换俘计划名单。（总台记者 王斌）
