格隆汇5月22日丨隧道股份(600820.SH)公布，城建集团取得了中国工商银行股份有限公司上海市外滩支行（简称“工商银行”）的贷款承诺函。工商银行拟为城建集团提供增持上市公司股票的融资支持，贷款金额最高不超过4.5亿元，专项用于以集中竞价交易方式增持隧道股份（600820.SH）A股股票。因此，本轮增持计划的资金来源为城建集团自有资金及自筹资金。
