据了解，中策橡胶发行价46.5元/股，投资者顶格申购需配市值26万元，公司发行市盈率12.24倍，行业市盈率22.83倍。
中策橡胶主要从事全钢胎、半钢胎、斜交胎和车胎等轮胎产品的研发、生产和销售。
