5月21日，威海银行（09677）发布公告，建议变更境内及境外审计师。
公司董事会综合考虑业务发展现状、未来审计服务需求及境外审计师服务年限等因素，依据相关规定，拟变更2025年度境内及境外审计师。公司已与中兴华会计师事务所及香港立信德豪会计师事务所达成一致意见，不再续聘其为2024年度审计师。
董事会建议聘请毕马威华振会计师事务所及毕马威会计师事务所担任2025年度境内及境外审计师，任期自2024年度股东大会结束后开始，直至2025年度股东大会结束。
