平煤股份5月20日晚间公告，公司拟与中国平煤神马集团及下属公司瑞平煤电、平禹煤电、景昇煤业、夏店煤业、梁北二井煤业签署《委托管理协议》，中国平煤神马集团将其持有的相关股权的部分股东权利委托给公司行使，托管期限为3年，收取每家单位托管费用60万/年。此次交易不会导致公司合并报表范围变更，对公司当期生产经营不会产生重大影响。
