金融界5月20日消息，乐山电力公告称，于2025年4月8日同意使用4,000.00万元募集资金向乐晟科技增资。本次增资完成后乐晟科技注册资本由1,000.00万元增加至5,000.00万元，公司持股比例由60%变更为92%。2025年5月20日，乐晟科技完成工商变更登记手续并取得换发的营业执照。
