5月14日，据多家自媒体及知情人士透露，中融信托召开内部会议，宣布对留存员工实施降薪：
管理层薪酬下调30%，普通员工下调25%，合同到期后不再续签。员工可选择主动离职，按年初裁员补偿标准（N个月工资）执行。
这并非中融信托首次“瘦身”。
2025年1月，该公司曾对财富条线进行40%比例裁员，主要针对基层理财经理。
