青岛知名房企董事长病逝，5月20日，华仁世纪集团有限公司发布讣告，公司创始人、董事长梁福东先生，因病医治无效，于2025年5月19日9时46分逝世，享年66岁。据悉，梁福东系山东平邑人，1959年12月25日生，曾进入胡润排行榜青岛十大富豪数据排名。其创建的华仁世纪集团开发过金都花园、欧典商苑、华仁国际大厦、临沂华仁高尔夫庄园等项目。
