人民财讯5月19日电，浙农股份(002758)5月19日晚间公告，公司拟通过浙江产权交易所以公开挂牌方式转让公司全资子公司浙江华通医药集团有限公司（简称“华通医药”）100%股权。华通医药全部权益价值评估结果为3.7亿元，首次挂牌价格以不低于评估值的原则确定。
