蒂森克虏伯海洋系统5月16日发布消息称，母公司蒂森克虏伯计划今年在资本市场上分拆海洋系统子公司。
蒂森克虏伯海洋系统发布财报显示，2024/25财年上半年，公司订单量从上年的6.69亿欧元增至55.91亿欧元，订单积压量达创纪录的161亿欧元。
