5月14日，Evri与DHL电子商务英国正式宣布达成战略合并协议。双方将为跨境电商打造一体化包裹递送解决方案。合并完成后，Martijn de Lange将继续领导合并后的英国业务；DHL电子商务英国现任首席执行官Stu Hill将担任Evri Premium网络董事总经理，Evri多数股权将继续由阿波罗管理基金持有。此次合并需获得英国监管机构的批准。
