5月15日，阿里巴巴集团发布2025财年Q4财报数据显示，淘天集团下的直销和其他收入（主要包括天猫超市、天猫全球等直销业务）位245亿元，同比下降1%。财报解释称主要是由于公司计划减少某些直销业务，直销收入下降，部分被增值服务收入的增加所抵消。
