预填信息快速购票：在火车票起售当日页面，点击购票信息预填旅客，即可提前选择乘车人、预选车次、预选席别，火车票起售时便可快速提交订单。
候补购票：打开铁路12306App，在购票界面点击候补，按照需求添加不同的车次和席别，即可进行候补购票。
