“科尔沁政法”消息，5月12日，科尔沁区委政法委组织召开委务会议，区委副书记、政法委书记刘喜林主持会议。
上述消息显示，刘喜林已任通辽市科尔沁区委副书记、政法委书记。
刘喜林出生于1975年，1998年起在科尔沁区工作，担任过科尔沁区委组织部副科级组织员、组织员办公室副主任，科尔沁区委两新工委副书记，科尔沁区委两新工委书记，科尔沁区体育局局长，庆和镇党委书记，科尔沁区信访局党组书记、局长。
2021年7月，刘喜林调任扎鲁特旗委常委、纪委书记，直到本次重回科尔沁区任职。
