美国联合健康集团5月13日宣布任命Stephen J. Hemsley为CEO，任命立即生效。此前，Andrew Witty因个人原因决定辞去CEO职务。
Hemsley将继续担任公司董事会主席，Witty则将担任Hemsley的高级顾问。
该公司表示，因医疗支出预计高于预期暂停发布2025年展望，预计2026年将恢复增长。
