北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，5月12日北京新房网签258套，网签面积17426.08平方米，其中住宅网签95套，网签面积11881.33平方米；二手房网签791套，网签面积72939.15平方米，其中住宅网签716套，网签面积68942.7平方米。
