5月12日，天和防务（300397）发布公告，控股股东、实控人贺增林及其一致行动人刘丹英将合计1550万股股份办理提前购回暨解除质押，占其所持股份的10.6369%及公司总股本的2.9944%。
截至公告披露日，贺增林及刘丹英累计质押股份9142万股，占其所持股份的62.736%及公司总股本的17.6607%。
2025年一季度，天和防务实现收入8796万元，归母净利润-3042万元。
