财联社5月12日电，佳都科技(600728.SH)公告称，公司在2024年9月20日至2025年5月12日期间，共处置云从科技股份1739.35万股，交易金额为2.28亿元（不含交易税费），累计实现税后投资收益1737.2万元，占公司2024年度经审计归属于上市公司股东的净利润绝对值的15.12%；其中2025年度处置云从科技股份1168万股，交易金额为1.78亿元（不含交易税费），2025年处置股份对公司当年度净利润影响金额为3086.35万元，占公司2024年度经审计归属于上市公司股东的净利润绝对值的26.87%。
