5月12日，华通线缆（605196）发布公告，实际控制人之一张书军将其持有的577万股质押延期购回，质押到期日由2025年5月9日延长至2026年5月8日，质押股份占其持股的50%及公司总股本的1.13%。
截至公告披露日，张书军及其一致行动人张宝龙、张文勇、张文东累计质押共计6021万股，占公司总股本的11.78%。
2025年一季度，华通线缆实现收入15.36亿元，归母净利润4171万元。
