上海莱士5月12日公告，控股股东海盈康于2025年3月7日至2025年5月9日期间，通过深圳证券交易所系统以集中竞价方式累计增持公司股份7304.22万股，占目前公司总股本的1.10%，增持总金额约为人民币5亿元（不含交易费用）。本次增持计划已实施完毕。增持前海盈康持有公司21.11%股份，增持后持股比例增至22.21%。
