深圳新闻网2025年5月12日讯（深圳特区报记者 窦延文）记者12日从深圳中原研究中心获悉，公积金新政后首个周末（5月10-11日），深圳全市新房住宅成交152套（其中预售成交118套），二手住宅成交128套。深圳中原数据显示，新政后首个周末，中原二手带看量较前一周（5月3-4日）上涨53%，新政带动市场活跃度攀升。
5月1-11日，深圳全市新房住宅累计成交727套（含预售466套、现售261套），认购754套，二手住宅累计过户1023套。
