智通财经APP获悉，5月12日，港元拆息亦几乎全线向下，其中，隔夜息微跌至0.07167%，为2022年6月13日以来最低，而与楼按相关的一个月拆息连跌五天，报1.92321%，为2022年9月7日后最低。反映银行资金成本的三个月拆息回落13基点至2.65066%，为2022年8月30日后最低，六个月期报3.01167，见2022年8月9日以来最低，但一年期拆息结束四连跌，升至3.26393%。
