2025年5月12日，我乐家居(603326.SH)公告称，公司股东南京开盛咨询管理合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“开盛咨询”）计划通过集中竞价方式减持不超过1,542,528股，即不超过公司总股本的0.4778%。
截至公告披露日，开盛咨询持有公司股份488.67万股，占公司总股本的1.5137%，为公司第三大股东，上述股份来源为IPO前取得的股份。
