北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）5月11日，金科股份发布公告显示，金科股份及全资子公司重庆金科分别收到重庆五中院送达的《民事裁定书》。重庆五中院裁定批准《金科股份重整计划》《重庆金科重整计划》，并终止公司及重庆金科重整程序。
据悉，重庆五中院裁定批准金科股份及重庆金科的重整计划后，金科股份及重庆金科将进入重整计划执行阶段。
