新京报贝壳财经讯 5月11日，东鹏控股公告称，股东HSG Growth I Holdco B, Ltd.和北京红杉坤德投资管理中心（有限合伙）－上海喆德投资中心（有限合伙）计划通过集中竞价交易或大宗交易等方式，合计减持公司股份不超过公司总股本的1.50%，即不超过16879592股。减持期间为自公告之日起15个交易日后的3个月内。
