今年5月11日是母亲节。对于女性来说，更年期是生育力从有过渡到无的一个必经生理阶段，通常在40岁开始，持续到60至65岁。作为子女，要正确认识、充分理解此时期母亲言行举止和心情的变化，帮助母亲安稳度过更年期。为此，人民网采访了广东省中医院大德路总院妇科副主任中医师曾玉燕。
