格隆汇5月9日丨建业地产(00832.HK)发布公告，2025年4月份，集团取得物业合同销售额人民币6.0亿元，同比减少为20.2%；合同销售建筑面积9.65万平方米，同比减少为9.6%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,207元，同比减少为11.7%。
截至2025年4月30日止4个月，集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币27.1亿元，同比增加为4.8%；总合同销售建筑面积44.92万平方米，同比增加为14.0%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,026元，同比减少为8.0%。
