广东省气象台预计，5月9日，粤北偏南市县、珠江三角洲和粤西偏北市县有大雨到暴雨局部大暴雨，伴有8～10级，局地12级左右的雷雨大风、局地小冰雹、局地龙卷风等强对流天气。截至8时35分，广东各地有145个暴雨预警信号，144个雷雨大风预警信号生效。（央视新闻）
