今日（5月8日）下午，针对住客近2万元港币被保洁员调包一事，海南土福湾嘉佩乐度假酒店召开媒体通气会，同时在官方微博再次发出声明。 声明称，酒店愿意承担法律规定范围内的责任，并再次向住客朵女士致歉。但针对朵女士的赔偿诉求，酒店无法满足，希望对方“通过法律途径来解决此事”。 酒店方称，在协商过程中，“朵女士提出了诸多诉求，且诉求时常变化，让本酒店无所适从。”
