5月8日，中国B2B外贸金融平台XTransfer宣布获得由荷兰中央银行（De Nederlandsche Bank，DNB）颁发的电子货币机构（Electronic Money Institution）牌照。获得荷兰支付牌照后，XTransfer能够直接为荷兰本地的中小贸易企业提供本地账户、跨境结算和外汇兑换等服务。XTransfer也成为同时持有英国API牌照与荷兰EMI牌照的跨境支付服务商。
