近日，国泰航空乘务员误将酒水当做饮用水提供给3岁孩子一事引发关注。 据南方都市报，5月7日，国泰航空企业事务部回应称，航班抵达后有关乘客及家人已如常离开，国泰航空立即启动了内部调查并已提出补偿方案，后续会继续向该乘客及家人提供适切的支援，并对此事的发生深表歉意。
