近日，多篇妇科论文及文献中出现"男性病例"。奇葩论文的背后，是目前医疗工作者的晋升渠道相对局限。不论三甲医院医生还是基层医疗工作者如需晋升，就得发表论文。然而，基层医疗工作者缺乏科研机会，没有课题指导，从而催生“论文工厂”。
