近日，济宁名城小编相关渠道获悉，济宁市太白湖新区一街区局部地块控制性详细规划（草案）公示。
规划范围位于许庄片区08街区，总用地面积约6.15公顷，分为东、西两个地块。
主导属性：居住、体育
规划城镇建设用地面积约6.15公顷。
其中，二类城镇住宅用地2.41公顷，体育用地1.0公顷，城镇村道路用地1.70公顷，公园绿地1.04公顷。
