中央结算公司5月7日公告，中央国债登记结算有限责任公司决定自2025年1月1日至2027年12月31日，全额减免科技创新专项金融债券发行登记服务费。对于在2025年1月1日（含）之后发生上述业务并已实际支付的相关费用，中央结算公司将对适用上述规定的减免部分作退还处理。
