在最近米奇刚刚被任命为马刺正式主教练。米奇在马刺队担任助理教练已有十年，并于去年11月接任临时主教练。
据此前报道，米奇是波波亲手培养的接班人，在被任命为球队代理主帅前，波波就经常让他在关键时刻布置战术。
